Cliff shod horses for many years in Canada, Florida and Colorado. He certified with the Journeyman’s Union on the race track in Florida where he shod race horses for many years. He worked on several high caliber horses, some of which even raced in high stakes races including the Kentucky Derby.
In 1981, he moved from Florida to Colorado to start his supply shop and began to manufacture tools. His 70 pound anvil is a big seller and popular with farriers for its light weight, wide face, narrow rounded heel, and turning cams on the side near the trunk of the anvil.
